Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you complete control over your email accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail box to another, create email filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your email accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mails based on certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox account you wish to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
